Were all of the screws and parts back in place properly and completely?

Were all areas of the work order (NARDA) completed in detail and accurately?
Did the Contestant explain to the Consumer/ Technical Judge what was wrong and what was done to repair it or what part will be ordered?
Did the Contestant use the wiring schematic to show the Consumer/ Technical Judge how they arrived at their diagnosis?
