Do you know SkillsUSA has a dedicated training program called Residential & Commercial Appliance Technology (RCAT)?

SkillsUSA.org is the world’s largest non-profit educational organization, supporting 100+ skilled trades, RCAT being one of them. SkillsUSA supports & promotes professionalism & highly trained skills in programs by having national technical committees comprised of industry professionals just like you. SkillsUSA also facilitates competitions at the regional, state & national levels, just like the Olympics. RCAT participates in these SkillsUSA olympian contests.

Why RCAT Matters

Career Readiness: Prepares students with essential technical and workplace skills.

Bridging the Skills Gap: Ensures a steady pipeline of skilled technicians for the growing appliance industry.

We need your help to save the Residential Commercial Appliance Technology (RCAT) Program at SkillsUSA from being removed from the national competition contest. This crucial program provides students with the hands-on skills and knowledge for high-demand careers in appliance technology and repair. Whether you’re an appliance service company, dealer, parts distributor, manufacturer or 3rd party administrator, your support is essential.

We are asking for your support in a very simple way, sign a petition showing your support of technical education, specifically the RCAT program. We’re not asking for donations of money, just a moment of your time. Please visit this URL & sign the petition.
